Things such as; Who's offering that special deal? Which yacht just had a cancellation and is now offering a great deal on a last minute charter? Where's the best Full Moon party held? Whatever the question, I'll try to get you an answer.

I've been in the charter yacht business for 17 years. My first bareboat charter took place in the Virgin Islands back in 1974, so if I don't have the answers to your questions, I'll pretty much know where to get them.

I want Charter Sailing Unlimited to be the place you'll want to go to get answers about your next sailing vacation. It's our intention to supply you with interesting topics for discussion. Hopefully these topics will be useful to those interested in the enjoyment of a charter yacht vacation.

CREWED YACHT & BAREBOAT CHARTERS IN THE EXUMAS

Charter Sailing Unlimited - Bareboat Division

360 Yachting is now offering bareboat and crewed yacht charters from Cape Eleuthera Resort and Yacht Club in South Eleuthera 26 miles from the Exuma Cays of the Bahamas.

Offering seasoned charterer’s a new adventure and answering the bareboater’s long desire to cruise the Exumas, 360 Yachting launched a new Bahamas charter base at Cape Eleuthera Resort and Yacht Club this past November 2011. Cape Eleuthera Resort and Yacht Club is located on the south end of Eleuthera 26 miles from the Exuma Cays of the Bahamas.

Eleuthera is a large island offering three airports and good provisioning. “The trade wind direction is easterly making Cape Eleuthera on the southern tip of the island an excellent starting point. The Exumas consist of 355 small islands and cays stretching from Eleuthera southward about 120 miles to Great Exuma. Spanning over 200 miles of pristine crystal clear Caribbean waters the Exumas offer adventure at every turn including underwater caves, swimming pigs, pristine colorful reefs, shark feeding, world famous sport fishing, undisturbed white powder sand beaches, fresh conch salad, locally operated pubs, and infamously large spiney lobster.

Charterers can also opt to stay in the lee of Eleuthera, which stretches 110 miles long ending on the Northside with Spanish Wells and Harbor Island.

360 Yachting offers a $360 Signature One-Way charter upgrade. The signature service allows sailors to enjoy the full length of the island chain and all it has to offer within a 7-10 day charter. At the end of the trip, charters can leave the yacht in Georgetown Great Exuma and 360 Yachting will return the yacht to base. 3-Daily flights to/from Nassau on both ends of the itinerary make sailing the Exumas a breeze.

It's Time To Start Making Your Holiday Cruising Plans

If you're considering a Christmas or New Years Holiday charter yacht vacation in the Caribbean, now is the time to start making your plans.

Again last year, 75% of the Caribbean charter yacht fleet had been booked by August for the Holiday season. It was near impossible to find a yacht that could accommodate 8 guests by that time. As it was with last year this trend continues and the larger yachts are again booking up early.
