DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS
A 25% deposit is required to reserve a yacht if the booking is made more than six months in advance of the departure date. A second 25% deposit is due six months prior to departure. Any booking made within six months of the departure date requires a 50% deposit. The balance is due on the date outlined in your contract, which is normally 45 days prior to departure.
Charter Sailing Unlimited will accept personal checks, direct wire transfers, VISA or MasterCard for all deposits and final payments.
Due to the stringent cancellation policies of the charter industry, Charter Sailing Unlimited only accepts VISA or MasterCard charges with a signed Credit Card Authorization.
Charter Sailing Unlimited recommends that you protect your vacation investment by purchasing the Travel Insurance.
We do not sell travel insurance but recommend using the site www.insuremytrip.com to compare the most used options. Some yachts require travel insurance during hurricane season.
CONFIRMATION OF CHARTER YACHT RESERVATION
To receive confirmation of your charter yacht reservation it is necessary that you return a copy of the signed Charter Agreement to Charter Sailing Unlimited within three days of receipt.
Once a copy of your signed Charter Agreement and your Deposit Check, or signed Credit Card Authorization are in our office, the yacht's clearing house will issue a confirmation number for the yacht on the dates outlined in your Charter Agreement
