One of the best sailing vacations in the world awaits you in the Caribbean Islands. Let Charter Sailing Unlimited assist you in arranging an exciting vacation alternative by booking a luxuriously maintained, all inclusive yacht, with both a Professional Captain and Gourmet Chef to tend to your every need. We offer a unique vacation cruise which is customized to allow you to set your own pace and itinerary with any number of exciting water sport activities included... or just kick back and relax with a cool tropical drink and let the world float by.

The warm dependable Caribbean climate and never failing trade winds make sailing among the myriad of islands the most relaxing and refreshing vacation of a lifetime. You'll experience the breathtaking scenery of lush green islands rising out of crystal clear blue water, and miles of beautiful white sand beaches, all from the deck of your own private yacht. The Caribbean, from this unique perspective, will appeal to your every sense.

The Caribbean has something for everyone. From the smooth and protected waters of both the Virgin Islands and the Grenadines for people new to chartering, to the more challenging open sea passages of all the islands in between for the more experienced.

Starting at the northern end of the Caribbean archipelago is the popular cruising grounds of the US Virgin Islands consisting of St. Thomas and St. John, home base to a number of fully crewed sailing yachts and bareboats. A short distance from the USVI is Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. This is another major base for hundreds of fully crewed sailing yachts and fleets of bareboats.

St. Thomas and Tortola probably have more charter yachts based there than the rest of the Caribbean combined. Reasons for that are that the Virgin Islands are the easiest to reach by air, and that the area offers well protected waters with ideal sailing conditions, along with numerous comfortable anchorages no more that an hour away. The Virgin Islands cruising grounds extend basically 45 miles east to west with approximately 45 islands in that span with hundreds of anchorages.

The next major cruising grounds heading south are the Leeward Islands made up of such islands as St. Martin, St. Maarten and Antigua. Both of which are home base to numerous large sailing yachts and mega yachts, cruising open waters to such places as St. Barts, Guadeloupe, and Barbuda.

Heading still further south you enter the Windward Islands consisting of four islands that are the major bases for the crewed yacht charter fleet and bareboat fleets. These islands are Martinique and St. Lucia to the north, and St. Vincent and Grenada to the south. Canouan and Union Islands in the Grenadines are also becoming more popular departure points since both now offer luxury resorts and airports with connecting flights to major airports in the Virgin Islands.

Charter Sailing, Unlimited offers well over 400 yachts in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, New England, Florida and Bahamas to match every taste and budget. The typical cost of chartering a luxurious fully crewed private yacht in the Virgin Islands ranges between $4,000 and $25,000 per week including all gourmet meals, and in many cases also includes the ship's bar. If you require even more luxury, we can offer you more than 100 yachts cruising the US or British Virgin Islands that are 80 - 250 foot in length.
