Captain Glen Ballou has been cruising and racing sailboats for over 50 years. He has over 20,000 blue water miles delivering sail and power yachts ranging from 30 foot fiberglass sailboats to 130 foot converted steel fishing trawlers between Maine, Bermuda, the Virgin Islands, Leeward Islands, and Florida. Glen holds a USCG 100 ton Master license for Steam, Motor or Auxiliary Sail Vessels, and a STCW95 license for vessels less than 200 tons.

First mate and cook extraordinaire, Debbie Ballou, is always there to make you comfortable and feel at home. Debbie has been sailing with Glen for over 25 years. Because of her love of cooking and entertaining, she continues to work with the top two shoreline caterers in Connecticut during the summer months, serving many celebrities including the president of Yale University, Paul McCartney and Tony Blair.
