DESCRIBE YOUR CHARTER PLANS

1. Where & When: Where would you like to cruise? Locations such as the Virgin Islands, St. Martin, Antigua, and the Grenadines are major bases of operations for the Caribbean charter fleet. Other major cruising areas around the world where you'll find charter fleets available are in the Bahamas, South Florida, New England and the Mediterranean. Please provide charter dates or an approximate time of the year you're planning to travel. A one week charter is 7 nights and 8 days, starting on any day of the week at noon on the first day and ending at noon on the last day.
2. Type of Charter: Your options are Fully Crewed, Captain Only, Cabin Cruise, Bareboat, or a Land & Sea Combo.
3. Type of Yacht: Do you perfer a Sailboat, Catamaran, or Motor Yacht.
4. Description of Charter Party: How many cabins do you require for how many guests? This is a very important question. We need to know the number of couples, singles and children to find yachts that will comfortably accommodate your charter party. Please provide the ages of the children so we can check for any possible children's discount.
5. Additional Information: Provide any additional information which will be helpful in finding the best selection of yachts suited to your special requirements.

DESCRIBE YOUR BUDGET RANGE

Each yacht establishes and publishes their own rates. All charter yacht brokers must use these establishes rates when booking the yachts, so there is no price advantage to be found by going to more than one broker. Since the charter yacht fleet offer yachts having rates ranging from $4,000/wk to well over $200,000/wk, you can see we need some direction here. Yacht sizes, the degree of luxury, and guest accommodations dictate the differences in rates.

An Internet URL address will also be provided, when available, to view the selected yachts' brochures on the web. These sites usually include a crew profile, sample menu and, if available, a letter of reference.

Since I'll be spending a considerable amount of time searching out yachts that match your requirements and putting together a comprehensive proposal, I would really appreicate some feed back in regard to the yachts I send you. Finding the perfect yacht for your cruise may take a second effort. By working closely with me and providing detailed information about your requirements allows me to search for the best yacht options available to you. If your inquiry was merely exploratory, I'll understand, but then please just let me know, and I'll not bother you with a lot of follow-up.
