Yacht Booking Information

DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS

A 25% deposit is required to reserve a yacht if the booking is made more than six months in advance of the departure date. A second 25% deposit is due six months prior to departure. Any booking made within six months of the departure date requires a 50% deposit. The balance is due on the date outlined in your contract, which is normally 45 days prior to departure.

Charter Sailing Unlimited will accept personal checks,wire transfers and VISA or MasterCard for all deposits and final payments.

Due to the stringent cancellation policies of the charter industry, Charter Sailing Unlimited only accepts VISA or MasterCard charges with a signed Credit Card Authorization.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM

If you are using a VISA or MasterCard for the deposit or final payment of your charter fee, it is necessary that we have a copy on file of a signed Credit Card Authorization Form. After you have printed out and completed this document please return it to Charter Sailing Unlimited.

CONFIRMATION OF CHARTER YACHT RESERVATION

To receive confirmation of your charter yacht reservation it is necessary that you email a copy of the signed Charter Agreement  to Charter Sailing Unlimited within three days of receipt.

Once a copy of your signed Charter Agreement and your Deposit Check, or signed Credit Card Authorization are in our office, the yacht's clearing house will issue a confirmation number for the yacht on the dates outlined in your Charter Agreement.
